System Snapshot produces output reports that list changes to the file system, the Registry, and essential INI files (or any other ASCII text files). The report starts with a header that includes the custom description you have entered (for example: "Installation Program"). It lists the date and time of the installation, the Windows® version (including any service packs), and indicates whether the file system was checked using disk contents comparison or file and time comparison. Here's an example header, note Windows NT 5.1 is actually Windows XP
